Please note: Due to the nature of services, all purchases are non-refundable. Once work has commenced, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations cannot be provided. By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
To ensure the best possible result for your package, please read the following before purchasing:
Information Required Before Work Begins
All content, images, and required information must be provided before your service is started. This includes, but is not limited to:
High-quality images/photos
Business or event details
Pricing information (if applicable)
Contact details
Social media handles
Branding Requirements
All branding materials must be sent to amy@alouee.com before work commences, including:
Logos (preferably PNG, SVG, or transparent background)
Brand colors
Brand fonts (if specific fonts are required)
Brand guidelines (if available)
Turnaround Time
Printing turnaround times always start once the designs are complete. Do not consider the printing turnaround time to start from the date you order. Once designs are completed and approved, we will then send them to print.
Standard Print: approx. 3–14 working days
Premium Foil: approx. 10–16 working days
Design Approval
Once you have approved the final design and confirmed that the project is complete, any future changes or amendments will be treated as a new revision request and will incur an additional fee. We will not reprint for free if you want something changed afterwards; you will have to pay to get these reprinted.
