To create a brand that feels intentional, unique and completely aligned with your vision, please read the following before purchasing your Branding Suite.

YOUR BRANDING FORM

Once your order has been placed, you will receive a Branding Form to complete.

This form is one of the most important parts of the branding process and must be completed in as much detail as possible before any design work can begin.

Please take your time with your answers. A few sentences, one-word answers or vague responses will not provide enough creative direction for your project.

The more information you give me, the more I can understand your business, your vision and exactly what you want your new brand to communicate.

WHAT YOU’LL BE ASKED

Your Branding Form will cover areas such as:

• Your business and what you offer

• Your brand story

• Your target audience

• Your ideal client/customer

• Your brand personality

• The feeling you want your brand to create

• Your business goals

• Your preferred colours

• Colours/styles you dislike

• Typography preferences

• Branding ideas

• Symbols, imagery or elements you would like incorporated

• Competitors and brands within your industry

• Brands/design styles you are inspired by

• Your overall creative direction

• Any specific ideas you already have in mind

CREATIVE DIRECTION & INSPIRATION

You will also have the opportunity to provide visual inspiration.

This may include:

• Pinterest boards

• Existing brands you love

• Branding inspiration

• Colour palettes

• Typography

• Packaging

• Social media pages

• Screenshots

• Editorial imagery

• Design styles you are drawn to

Please remember: inspiration is used to understand your taste and creative direction. Your final branding will be created specifically for your business and will not be a copy of another brand.

PLEASE BE DETAILED

Your Branding Form should give me a genuine understanding of who your brand is, who it is speaking to and where you want it to go.

Instead of:

“I want something girly, luxury and pink.”

Think more along the lines of:

What does luxury mean to your brand? Who are you trying to attract? How do you want someone to feel when they discover your business? What brands visually inspire you? What makes your business different?

The stronger the brief, the stronger the brand.

BEFORE YOUR PROJECT BEGINS

Your project will not enter the design stage until:

• Your Branding Form has been completed in full

• All required information has been submitted

• Your inspiration/reference material has been provided

• Any existing logos or brand assets have been sent over

• All requested content required for your chosen suite has been received

If further information is required after reviewing your form, I may contact you before your project begins.

EXISTING BRANDING

If you already have existing branding, please provide any relevant files including:

• Existing logos

• Brand guidelines

• Colour codes

• Fonts

• Previous designs

• Brand assets

Please send files in the highest quality available, preferably PNG, SVG, PDF or other editable/vector formats where possible.

REVISIONS

Your Branding Suite includes the number of revisions stated within your chosen package. Revisions are intended for refining and developing the agreed creative direction, rather than completely restarting the project with a new concept once design work has begun. For that reason, please make sure your Branding Form accurately reflects the direction you would like me to explore.

Please note: Due to the nature of digital products and services, all purchases are non-refundable. Once work has commenced or digital files have been delivered, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations cannot be provided. By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

Branding suites take 2-3 weeks to complete. These times may vary if any revisions are needed. Please contact if you need anymore information.
