BRANDING TERMS

 

 

Project Information and Client Responsibilities

All clients are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and detailed information regarding their business, vision, goals, and requirements.

The quality of the final branding package is heavily dependent on the information provided. Insufficient, vague, or incomplete briefs may delay your project and result in additional clarification requests.

If we determine that enough information has not been provided to effectively complete the project, we reserve the right to pause work until further information is received.

Branding Questionnaire

Completion of our Branding Form is mandatory for all branding services and bundle packages.

The Branding Form can be completed before purchase or after purchase via:

Failure to submit the required form may result in delays to your project start date.

Moodboards and Inspiration

Clients are strongly encouraged to provide:

• Moodboards

• Pinterest boards

• Competitor references

• Design inspiration

• Colour preferences

• Typography preferences

Any visual references supplied are used as guidance only and will not be copied or replicated.

Turnaround Times

Our standard branding turnaround time is up to 15 business days from the date all required information, forms, and assets have been received.

Turnaround times do not begin from the date of purchase if the required information is outstanding. As soon as you send the information, that is when the project starts (only when sent on a business day)

​

Turnaround times may vary during busy periods, holidays, or due to client delays in communication.

​

Communication Delays

Delays in client responses may affect delivery timelines.

If a project remains inactive due to lack of communication for more than 30 days, we reserve the right to archive the project. An additional 50% charge of the project price may apply to reopen archived project.

Revisions

All branding packages include 2 complimentary revision rounds unless otherwise stated.

Revisions are intended for refinements of the original concept and brief.

Substantial changes to the original brief/business direction - an additional 50% of the price settled may be added.

Additional revision rounds are charged at £30 per revision.

Approval of Final Designs

Once final approval has been provided by the client, the project will be considered complete.

Any future edits, amendments, file alterations, or redesign requests after approval will incur additional charges.

Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our services, all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds, partial refunds, exchanges, or credits under any circumstances.

By purchasing, you acknowledge that design work, research, planning, strategy, and creative development begin immediately and therefore are non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy

Should a client choose to cancel a project after purchase, no refund will be issued for work completed, work in progress, time reserved, or administrative costs.

Ownership and Portfolio Rights

ALOUEE STUDIO reserves the right to showcase completed/unfinished/non-approved work within portfolios, social media platforms, marketing materials, websites, and promotional content unless otherwise agreed in writing before the booking.

File Storage

Clients are responsible for downloading and storing all final files upon delivery. We suggust to do this straight away.

While we may retain project files, we do not guarantee indefinite storage and recommend maintaining your own backups.

Payment Terms

Full payment is required before project unless a 50/50 payment plan has been agreed.

For 50/50 payment plans:

• 50% is due before work begins.

• The remaining 50% must be paid before final files are released.

Failure to complete outstanding payments may result in suspension of the project and withholding of final deliverables.

Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing any branding service, bundle package, or creative service from ALOUEE STUDIO, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms, policies, timelines, and conditions outlined above.

CONTENT FLYER TERMS

Information Required Before Work Begins

All content, images, and required information must be provided before your order is started. This includes, but is not limited to:

• High-quality images/photos

• Business or event details

• Pricing information (if applicable)

• Contact details

• Social media handles

Branding Requirements

All branding materials must be sent to amy@alouee.com before work commences, including:

• Logos (preferably PNG, SVG, or transparent background)

• Brand colors

• Brand fonts (if specific fonts are required)

• Brand guidelines (if available)

 

Design Inspiration and Creative Direction

Please provide examples or inspiration of how you would like your content flyer to look. This may include:

• Reference graphics

• Competitor examples

• Pinterest boards

• Screenshots

• Design styles you like

 

The more visual direction provided, the better I can bring your vision to life.

 

Concept Details

A few sentences describing your idea will not be accepted.

You must provide a detailed explanation of your concept, goals, target audience, and any specific elements you would like included. This ensures your graphic reaches its full potential and accurately reflects your vision.

Turnaround Time

It usually takes 4-7 business days. Once all content information has been sent, the project will be worked on starting the next business day. We do have a 24-hour or a 48-hour rush fee available. These can be found via our website.

Revisions Policy

• All orders include 2 free revisions.

• Revisions are intended for minor adjustments and refinements to the original design brief.

• Additional revisions beyond the included 2 may incur extra charges.

 

Design Approval

Once you have approved the final design and confirmed that the project is complete, any future changes or amendments will be treated as a new revision request and will incur an additional fee.
